Error when running scheduled backups (0x4000A)

    I have recently purchased ATI home edition. I have set it up to make an incremental backup of all my drives to a network drive that I connect to through my wireless network.

    I have scheduled the runs to be performed at 6 am, but usually I dont boot the computer before 7 og 8. When the computer is booted ATI attempts to make the backup. However, the scheduled runs seems to fail with a "Error creating the file" (0x4000A). If I start the backup manually it always works fine.

    I have tried to submit a report to Acronis customer service some weeks ago but have received no answer.

    Does anybody have an idea of what the problem could be?
