Error when install SpywareBlaster 3.5.1

    I am using Windows XP Pro SP2. I cannot install SpywareBlaster 3.5.1 because of...

    c:\windows\system32\msinet.ocx
    An error occured while trying to replace the existing file:
    DeleteFile failed; code 32
    The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

    How to install the SpywareBlaster 3.5.1? Please help!
