Some computers at my organization stopped updating NOD32. When I try to update them thru console, I got this error message in Tasks.

Task processing error, error code: (1007,14)

    Anyone had similar problem?

    Hello fariz,

What is the last connected time for these clients? Also, what is the error on the clients about updates?

    Hi Wayne,

They keep connecting, but fail to update.

Some of them show error: "Error downloading file from update server", while others do not show any errors, yet fail to update.

We solved this problem by uninstalling NOD32, clearing folders, and installing it again. After that computers started updating normally.

Since reinstalling worked for you, it sounds like it could have been a corrupt install or possibly a bad update. Sometimes clearing the updfiles folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ can resolve the issue.
