Error trying to download SpywareBlaster

    Hello...
    I am trying to download spyware blaster and i keep getting an error..

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSINET.ocx
    An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
    DeleteFile failed; code 32
    The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

    Don't know what to do so I can download?? Any help appreciated!
