error on floppy boot

i made 6 floppys disk to boot but when i boot the first 1 it gives me already a error after 2 green steps.i run xp pro and sp2

Can you please describe the problem more exactly? Can you boot your computer from the created set of bootable diskettes ot not? Is there any error message? What are the last messages you see on the screen when booting the computer from this diskettes?
