When I boot my computer a message pops-up saying unable to start driver for HPHipmll.exe. It has RTL on the title bar and when I hit ok to close it, a message to send to
Microsoft re problems pops up. I just hit don't send. Does anyone know what this is and how to make it go away? I'm running Windows XP. Thanks for the help, if you can.

Do you have an HP printer? I found this error that is close to yours:

HP All-in-One - Unable to Start Driver for Hpzi****.exe Error Message When Printing

Also, I think you mispelled the file. I think that it is HPHipm11.exe:

    HP Pavilion Problems

I believe that you will find HPHipm11.exe in C:\WINNT\System32.

Thanks Close Hauled. Your advice lead me to HP live help and they determined the problem is in ZoneAlarm version 5. Thanks for your help. Now I need to see if I can get my two computers networked. I tried looking for Netbios being enabled, but haven't found it yet. I'll respond to the other post about that. Thanks!
