Error LP5 on attempting to start SpywareBlaster

    "Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author."

    I have had to go through an incredible amount of hoop-jumping just to get to this forum, so that I could post the error message I am receiving above. I have very little patience left with this whole process, and am to the point of removing the program entirely from my computer unless there is a prompt resolution of this problem. I would have sent this directly to Javacool Support if it were not for the fact that I am using the free version, for which apparently they don't care about providing any support. It's not as if there is a dearth of readily available, competitive, free security products out there, whose owners are more than willing to provide support.
