We often have following error message found in the error log:

with the follow error: Operation has completed with errors.

This error doesn't come every day, but an several servers.

    Hello ovd,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

Could you please provide us with some additional information?

    - Where is Acronis Backup Server installed?

    - Is backup location a folder on a local computer where Acronis Backup Server is installed or a networked shared folder? You can check the path to backup location and its quotas/time limits by selecting Specify Default Settings -> Set backup location.

In addition, please collect the log files from Acronis Backup Server, which contains the error message. They can be found in \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\BackupServer\Logs folder on the computer where Acronis Backup Server is installed.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
