Error E00070001 Internal Error : unhandled exception

    Acronis true image server 8.0 b768
    Win 2003 server - backup to firewire HDD 250 GB

    After a few seconds the backuptasc is displaying the following error :
    Error E00070001 Internal Error : unhandled exception o_O
    No info in the logging.

    All the hardware is working fine, only acronis true image don't work :'(

    Please help me ....

    Hello i had same message, when you install true image server 8.0
    it says install for all users this does not work i think
    there is a bug in it you must logon to server with the same user
    name as you installed it then it seems to work, otherwise you will get this error
