error E000101F4

    When I start true image, I get the above error code and a message the true image has not found any hard drives. Can anyone help?

    What version and build number? Is this from the installed software in Windows or the bootable Rescue cd? What operating system, win2k, XP or Vista? Did you search the forum for the error number?

    HI,

    Had the same error and after some investigation I remember that I updated Acronis Drive Cleanser to 6.0.691 and then had problems with TI.

    So I re-installed TI and selected the repair option.

    TI now works.
