Error E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any hard disk Drives

    I am using Home version 10 and get this message after making a clean reinstall of XP Pro.
    E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any hard disk Drives

    I still can mount images but cannot make backups.

    Make the bootable TI Rescue CD and try with that. If it doesn't work, maybe you're using wireless devices or several usb items including a hub. These would sometimes cause problems in previous versions of TI and perhaps it is the same with ver. 10.

    It was finally resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling TI 10.
