Error code 5352 when isntalling

    Hi There,

    I am installing the Remote Administration Server and am getting error 5352 at the beginging of the install.

    does anyone know what this means?

    The exact error is

    "Error while copying license file from *location where license file is stored8 to *C:\Documents and settings\allusers the place where nod puts the license key.
    Last error code:3"

    what does this mean?

    If the error code is a Windows Error it means:

    "There has been a network adapter error. The only NetBIOS command that may be issued is an NCB RESET. The network control block (NCB) is the data."

    Are you copying the license file from a network location during installation? If so then try copying the license file to the server where you are installing the RA Server.
