Hello. I am posting here as well as I am not receiving a timely response from Support, which is making it rather inconvenient to work on critical issues since every time a reformat is done the PC has to be re-registered but the lockout is set to only 2~3 activations/deactivations. It would make more sense to up this to 10~20 because of issues like this. Regardless, can someone please reset my license? I'd prefer to have a greater quantity if possible, as I am getting thoroughly upset about the "manual reset" that always has to be done, especially after I just bought a 3-year license that I paid good money for. Something like this should be automated in my opinion, as it would cause less frustration to the customer. I am happy with the quality of the PrevX product, but I question simple things like this...kindly consider upping the "grace period."
