Error: (CHK008) not possible to remove another system from this license at...

    Hello. I am posting here as well as I am not receiving a timely response from Support, which is making it rather inconvenient to work on critical issues since every time a reformat is done the PC has to be re-registered but the lockout is set to only 2~3 activations/deactivations. It would make more sense to up this to 10~20 because of issues like this.

    Regardless, can someone please reset my license? I'd prefer to have a greater quantity if possible, as I am getting thoroughly upset about the "manual reset" that always has to be done, especially after I just bought a 3-year license that I paid good money for. Something like this should be automated in my opinion, as it would cause less frustration to the customer.

    I am happy with the quality of the PrevX product, but I question simple things like this...kindly consider upping the "grace period."

    I already have...nothing yet and it's been about 1.5 hours. This delay can be critical...why such a strict cap??

    Fine. I can say that I'm dissatisfied that this isn't somehow automated as well as the fact that I am being forced to a 24hr timeframe since I am unable to Private Message, and that I'll have to delay yet another day's worth of work on this machine.

    I hope Prevx seriously considers the loyalty of their customers, because issues like this during critical times just increase frustrations...and possibly seek other suites/applications that are decently good (albeit not as great as Prevx).
