error after omnipage 16 and photoshop ele 6

    after having installed (on vista business sp1) omnipage 16 and photoshop elements 6 I get the following error in the windows log:

    A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the TrkWks service

    The error isn't fatal and acronis 10 runs fine.

    But I wonder what this is about.

    Any help would be welcome.
