    I keep getting the following error message

    "Acronis True Image has encountered a problem and will have to close"

    C:\Documents~1\Compaq~1\Locals~1\Temp\WER0d3c.dir00\TrueImageService.exe.mdmp
    C:\Documents~1\Compaq~1\Locals~1\Tempo\WER0d3c.dir))\appcompat.txt

    Can anybody tell me how to correct this?

    I have also noticed that if I go in to Edit the task for E-mail it always comes up with Select Backup Type - My Application Settings. I take it that backing up my Outlook 2003 is not working?

    I would be grateful for any help anybody can give me to correct these problems.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Hibiscus,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.
    Could you please do the following:
    - Press the Start button, choose Run, type "drwtsn32" and hit Enter;
    - In the dialog that appears check the "Log File" and "Crash Dump" paths, then click the OK button;
    - Reproduce the problem;
    - Pick up the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log files in the directory specified at step 2 and send them to us.

    Then please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. Also please provide the details of the Outlook 2003 backup issue. We will investigate the problems and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Alexey Bogomolov
