error 1157

    I have just finished d'loading and install SpywareBlaster, and receive the following message when I try to run it.

    "Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupted, or wrong version
    file "MSVBVM60.DLL", error 1157"

    Win98SE
    NetNav. 7.1
