error 0x10025 invalid archive file

    I can export a folder and a indivual file
    Yet I can restore as it reports error 0x10025 invaliid archive file
    Please help as I need to restore due to hard drive crash
    I have been using 8.51 server and doing an automatic backup.
    I am now down please advice

    Hello strawhat1957,

    So you are able to extract specific files and folders but cannot restore the entire archive?

    Are we running the restore from the recovery disk?

    If the archive is on an external hard drive, and you have paragon installed on another computer, there's check archive integrity tool available.

    Also in the WinPE recovery disk, under Archive, the integrity tool is available.

    You mentioned you are doing automatic backups, are these differential/incremental or complete backups each time. This concerns how you run the restore to include the differential/incremental files.
