    Hallo,

    Vielen Dank.
    Gerhard

Hello, since the Installtion of True image Home 2009 file version 12.0.0.96 46 remains starting the PC with to hang again and again. The Desktop screen appears. The starting procedure is however not completely terminated. After short time screen with the error message appears 0x000000F4 in Blue. After one waiting period of approx. 4 minutes the PC is automatically again started. Afterwards everything can be correct. If I remove now the Arcronis of programs from the system start, everything is perfect. Operating system is XP Prof with SP3. Particularly if TrueImageMonitor.exe is started, then a Blue screen is inevitable. Is there for this a remedy?

    Thank you.
    Gerhard

    Hello gerhard1,

    Thank you for the translation!

This issue occurs on a computer in which Windows XP or a later operating system is installed on a hard disk that is configured as a subordinate and no other device is connected to the same IDE controller channel (primary or secondary).

Please refer the article in Microsoft Knowledge Base for the detailed description.

    Thank you.
