    Hi,

I upgraded my ERAS with 4.0.122.

When I use push install tasks (or diagnostics tasks), there's something strange :
I've no information inside the task, logs are empty, even if I wait a lonnng time (12 hours !). The task and all computers inside stay in status "waiting".

If I stop and restart ERAS Windows service, all informations about deployment for each task appear by miracle ...
I've read user guide, look for information about how new ERA push install on FAQ and this forum, with no success.

    Have you any idea ?

    Thanks in advance

I'm having the same problem. I am setting up a new server and just downloaded the latest ERAS and ERAC.. I didn't realise the new version had been released.

my setup is SBS 2008 and Win XP client.

As a workaround I am just installed the package file directly on the workstation. hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I am also having a problem with some policy settings getting deployed.

two of the settings in my policy are to change the interval for remote server to 5min and to disable the splash screen.

the 5min takes effect but not the splash screen...

First install on a SBS 2008 showed the same behaviour.
After opening ports 2221-2224 in the SBS Firewall we were able to successfully complete all push installations to the clients.

Another issue we had: remote registry service was not started on some clients.

    Best regards
