    Hello betzy....Welcome to Wilders :thumb:

    Is this "bugger" the "tracking cookie" you referenced in your thread title and if so can you provide just a tad more info Please.

    Since there is no CLSID for "real.com"....what have you read that would cause you to ask ?

    Perhaps there is a mis-understanding of what you are really wanting :doubt:

    Apparently home.real.com has a BHO for it's realone toolbar realbar.dll

    with a CLSID,
    {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-C0FF-FD60B590A87D}

    If that's not the nuisance Betzy you may wish to try;
    www.sysinfo.org/bholist.php?
    or,
    http://computercops.biz/CLSID.html
    where you type in your annoying CLSID and hopefully find out what kind of
    PITA it might be.

    Or nip over to,
    www.snapfiles.com/Reviews/BHODemon/bhodaemon.html
    and grab the superb and free BHODEMON.

    Kind Regards.

    I think the easiest way of clearing out ALL cookies is to empty your browser's cache at the end of a session.

    I use Eraser 5.7 for that http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/, I just navigate to my browzers cash in Documents and Settings/usser name/Application Data/Opera/Opera/cashe4 and in the same folder I also erase cookies4.dat and vlink4.dat and Global.dat they are the inbrowser list of cookies and lists of where you surf
