    Hi Everyone.

Im New in this ESET ERAC. so please advise if there's something wrong on my configuration in ERAC

    here is the problem:
last few days, me and my colleague installed the ESET Remote Administrator Console version 2.0.110 (ERAC) to a server.
We Manage to push Install ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition version 3.0.672.0 to a client and successfully push uninstall it from server too. There's no problem on doing push scanning viruses to the client too.

However, me and my colleague fail to Update the Virus Definition to Client PC. we tried so many way and search so many steps just to update the Client PC Virus Definition from ERAC in the server.

i can see from the Client Computer that the Virus Definition is not updated. in the same time, there's a red highlight on ERAC, 'Event Log' tab at the bottom, there is 'Critical Warning' highlighted red in 'Level' Column.
in the 'Event' Column, it tells 'Bad link to update server'. we have tried so many things and im so lost right now.

so anyone, please let me know how to fix this problem.

    Thank you

Make sure the update settings in your ERA are set to create a mirror and share the mirror via HTTP. Then also make sure the update setting in your clients is set to http://servername:2221
