ERA use http or https to update virus database.

    Dear ESET,

    I want to know ESET Remote administrator Server use http or https protocol to update virus signature database. In our office https is blocked and we use proxy server. ERAS cant download virus signature database.

    Regular HTTP is used but on a non-standard port (you can run it on port 80 if you so choose). The clients and RAS both support proxy servers.
