NOD32 just detected this:

The file 'C:\Program Files\EQArticle\EQArticle.exe' has been sent to ESET's labs for analysis.

Should I take any action right now, like deleting it?

 

The file has been detected via heuristics and has been sent for further analysis . Since it has been sent to ESET , NOD32 has already deleted it or blocked it (depending on your settings) . No further action is needed.

 

If you search for EQArticle you'll find tons of references to adware. So I gather it's not a fp.
