is there anybody from Eset support around here over the weekend or users are just on their own, perhaps even Monday due to US holiday?

just experienced another BSOD caused by epfwwfpr.sys. not sure whether there is any relevance in it, but no crash during Virus signature database 5423. after been updated to 5424 around 1300 hrs GMT the next crash happened around 1430 hrs GMT

by now I got 3 full win crash memory dumps ready and would appreciate Eset to look into it

Until developers analyse the dumps on Monday, you can try:
    - disabling SSL checking (if applicable)
    - disabling HTTP/POP3 checking

download links in pm. meanwhile Virus signature database updated to 5425, no crash since then and hope it stays that way

just crashed also with 5425... I will turn off web protection entirely for the time being, though certainly not desired, until this gets fixed
