I phoned tech support today and asked whether EMSX logs spam, since it logs viruses. I received a response by email, which was tagged as spam by EMSX using the default options. Their response was that EMSX doesn't log spam, it simply quarantines it. However from a support point of view this makes it incredibly difficult to determine why an email has been tagged as spam. Take the email from ESET as an example, EMSX quarantined it with a spam score of 98 but failed to say why. Does ESET plan to add logging? Is there any reason why ESET chose to leave out this functionality?
