EMSX block all the mails

    On active directory & exchange server 2003, EMSX blocked all the mails using default settings.

    During the first 1 to 2 hours after installation, EMSX worked smoothly. But 3 to 4 hours later, EMSX blocked all the Emails.

    I didn't enable greylist.

    Which build are you currently using? Hopefully it's the latest, 4.3. Anyway, you might check the AS settings by opening the UI, press F5 for advanced setup, then under Server Protection (bold) > Antispam Protection > Antispam Engine, look in the message categorization and see if the spam score thresholds have been changed. Defaults are as follows:

    Spam score to treat a message as spam: 90
    Spam score threshold to treat a message as probable spam or probable clean: 50
    Spam score to treat a message as not spam: 10

    Also, click the antispam engine parameter setup button and note the spam config it's using (recommended by default). However, you might change that to most accurate to see if it makes a difference. Also see if there are any entries in the allowed/ignored/blocked IP address lists.
