emails not being processed

    We just installed NOD32 on our server at work, but now emails are being held up, and not being processed to individual email accounts. It seems it is thinking all emails are infected.

    Is there anything that can be done?

    I gather you are using the Enterprise Edition? Please check that you have the .lic license installed correctly, see HERE for how to do so.
