I have created a conf file with the RA pointing to our external IP 216.x.x.x:2222 and the update profile pointing to our external IP 216.x.x.x:8081. I have crated a simple port pass-through 216.x.x.x:2222 external direct to the internal RA/Mirror server on 192.168.11.20:2222. I can't think of how to simplify the process any more.

When I send this profile out to the external user the installer is trying to connect to the internal RA/mirror server IP. 192.168.11.20. Not the external 216.x.x.x.

This is checked with a netstat -a

The RA/Mirror password isn't an issue
Telneting to 2222 or 2224 doesn't work internal or externally
name resolution isn't an issue as the remote system is a 10 network and the only way system would know of a 192. Network would be from the installer.

Short of installing and configuring 25 remote systems by hand I'm at a loss for what to check next.
