    On their website:
"We have suffered catastrophic destruction at the hands of a hacker, last seen as aktv@94.155.49.9
This person has destroyed all data in the US, both primary and backup systems. We are working to recover what data we can.
    "

I wonder if they will keep the same slogan, 'Making email safe for the masses'. ...

Let's hope for their customers a local copy of their emails.

I honestly believe most today really don't know what DR means. Simply put, off-line, off-site backups with an off-site recovery location that can be operational in minimal time.

Was just reading a Malwarebytes blog posting on this: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/cybercrime/2019/02/hacker-destroys-vfemail-service-wipes-backups/ where there is speculation this might have been the culprit: https://thehackernews.com/2019/02/linux-container-runc-docker.html
