On their website: "We have suffered catastrophic destruction at the hands of a hacker, last seen as aktv@94.155.49.9 This person has destroyed all data in the US, both primary and backup systems. We are working to recover what data we can." I wonder if they will keep the same slogan, 'Making email safe for the masses'. ... Let's hope for their customers a local copy of their emails.
I just happened on an article describing the nature and scope of that attack. Complete and full wipe out of a system AND BACKUPS -Incredible stuff.

I honestly believe most today really don't know what DR means. Simply put, off-line, off-site backups with an off-site recovery location that can be operational in minimal time.
