Email Notification Doesn't Work

    Hi,

    We've been using Acronis Server for about six months. Although it seems relatively simple, I can't get the email notification option to work. It would be nice to get email telling me that the backup has completed, instead of having to login to find out. I was told that the email address might have to be enclosed in brackets. I've used the <>, (), and []. None of them have resolved the problem. We know that port 25 is open and the name of the outgoing smtp is also simple. Not sure what to do next unless there's some magical secret that I'm not aware of. I would appreciate any assistance I can get on this.
