Email issues

    Just renewed my NOD32 service today. Forgot I had not switched my contact email over and it sent my confirmation email over to my old email, which wonderful hotmail will not let me access. I have already sent in a support ticket but was wondering what else I can do?

    If you've sent in a support ticket, that's all you need to do. They may ask for more information to locate and verify your record but either way you should be receiving a response soon.
