What the h*ll does this email from ESET mean?

I was able to get a quick view at it in MailWasher Pro, I trusted it (maybe my fault (?)), but my Outlook Express does not show it in plain text!!!

Yeah, I know about Outlook Express ...

But let me make one thing very clear :

I do NOT want to receive ANY email from ESET which is NOT in plain text.

Well, maybe my own fault.... o_O :doubt:

The only email I've received from ESET has been regarding license renewal. Now the latest version of NOD provides a notice that the annual license is due, so the only thing I've received this year was the renewal receipt with the ID/password info. And that was in plain text.

Dunno if other local distributors do anything differently or what it is you may have received.

    Dear Valued Client,

If you already have NOD32 version 2.0 installed, please disregard this
    message.

If you are still using Version 1.0, we recommend you to upgrade to
    Version 2.0

HOW CAN YOU FIND OUT IF YOU HAVE NOD32 VERSION 1 OR 2:

Look to the lower right corner of your computer screen (the Taskbar)
and check which one of these
    two icons you have:

    - a diskette icon with two red CC on it - you have NOD32 version 1.0

    - an icon with the white-green circle - you have NOD32 version 2.0

The version 2.0 provides you with a better antivirus protection.

More info about the NOD32 version 2 can be found here:

    http://www.nod32.com/products/nt.htm

You can download the version 2.0 (with your current NOD32
    username/password) here:

    http://www.nod32.com/download/download.htm

Reinstallation of NOD32 version 2 (v2) over the previous version (v1)
    is described here:

    http://www.nod32.com/support/ans/v1tov2.htm

    Best regards,

    ESET's Team

It does seem a little strange o_O

Edit: Mine was plain text in TheBat!

    Buddy

    Hi all,
we apologize for the confusing subject of the email you might have received from Eset yesterday. We merely intended to send a newsletter to all of our customers and inform them that NOD32 2.0 was available for download. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the system that caused the email subject to read Slovak text.
