Email displays Unknown Text

I'm having a problem with text being displayed at the bottom of emails, but i'm not sure what it means and how to go about fixing it, if it is a problem

this is a pretty standard sort of message iv'e been getting, at the bottom of nearly all emails

and i have plenty of memory and plenty of drive space

 

Check the temp folders per the instructions here and make sure the current user and system have write permissions for the user temp folder and that system has write permissions for the system temp folder. To do so, you can simply delete and re-create the temp folders.
