read the info on the programs that have been suggested.........an if you decide to install the programs you will be well on your way to a secure computer...........in your case you may not need anything more than what has already been suggested..........give it a try.....an see how everything goes.............plus, this should buy you ample time to read-up on computer security........just stroll around the forum....there is more than enough for you to read and digest..........
but don't fall into the "toy factory" trap an install everything you read about.............many of the posters here enjoy testing programs an have the knowledge to do so......its sort of a way of life for many posters....like a hobbie...............but you came here with a serious problem.....so, keep your computer lean and clean for the time being.........later if you are interested then you can experiment..............there was a ton more programs that could have been suggested here but you really don't need them.......perhaps other posters will make suggestions, comments, etc......an you have the choice in what you decide.............
Remember......don't just install any program.....if in doubt...don't!
