[The Latest from The 'What Could Possibly Go Wrong Department:]

"X’s new AI image generator will make anything from Taylor Swift in lingerie to Kamala Harris with a gun - and so far, the rollout seems as chaotic as everything else on Elon Musk’s social network.

xAI’s Grok chatbot lets you create images from text prompts and publish them to X...

Subscribers to X Premium, which grants access to Grok, have been posting everything from Barack Obama doing cocaine to Donald Trump with a pregnant woman who (vaguely) resembles Kamala Harris to Trump and Harris pointing guns..."

I hadn't used Twit turned X in a long time. Saw that (yet another) STUPID setting/name and at-once disabled their childish AI ignorance. Also since i had been away my background was in that crap midnight mode. UGH. Changed that back to the previous.

It's looking like such platforms are copying Microsoft's "Let's Play With This" mentality. And people actually get paid $$$$ for producing STUPIDITY :cautious:

No wonder they call it ARTIFICIAL :isay:

X is the only true free speech platform left out there. If you’re too stupid to know ‘misinformation’ when you see it, that’s on you.

Agreed, but some will and some won't. That said, some of those pics were entertainment and not information.

It takes stupidity well beyond so-called free speech. It's a hideout where most will blow hot air just to get like minded idiots to boaster them attention.

Frankly some use to depend on it for current within seconds or minutes to discover issues and/or possible problems (news) that can affect everyday life, either current or upcoming. It's since turned into a kiddish and many times graphic profane repeat of utter nonsense. Except for those who revel in gumming up a once usable platform.

But that's neither here nor there. Obviously the content/posts many times is only to stroke personal ego, little else.
