    Hello support,

    I purchased TI8 from your web site using your UK agent as I wanted to
    in pounds not dollars and wanted a disk.

    I received the prog.on Monday 19th Sept. have'nt even got it to work yet and
    you bring out TI9 the same week.

    Where does this leave me?
