The title pretty much addresses it. If I maintain a lot of tabs under IE or Chrome then the nod32 service crashes. I can restart it without issue, but it crashes fairly regularly during heavy browser use.

    Windows XP Pro.
I haven't tried EAV 4 yet; will this require additional licensing?

No you can upgrade free of charge, with your existing license.

    Hello vault13rev,

You can download version 4.0 from the ESET website.
    http://www.eset.com/download/index.php

NOTE: You will need your product Username and Password to download.

    Thank you,
    Richard

The version of IE that you are using would help as well.
If you could indicate how many tabs were open when you had crashes.
IE 8 has automatic tab-crash recovery.
