    Hello All,

    Does anyone know if there is a way to put a size limit on EAV3 on what files it should scan? We just had someone download a 1.3GB packed .exe file that locked the computer up at 99% for 5 minutes because it was trying to scan that whole file.

    It also took 4 hours for me to trace it down to that particular file as well.

    Size limits for objects can be configured in v4.

    We are encountering too many performance issues with EAV4 to consider deployment. Mainly with MOSS 2007, WebDAV and Document Scanner. This would also include the bypass fix we had to apply to get Outlook Anywhere (http/rpc proxy) to work.

    Are there any other options?
