EAV 5 installer error

    Getting an installer error

    The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2878

    Please create an installation log per the instructions here, upload it somewhere and post here the link to the log.

    I was able to figure it out based on the information you supplied. Looked at logfile and there was a previous AV program that had some leftovers on this PC. Version 4 installed here while back without flagging it. So that error message may indicate other AVs installed and not cleaned off properly.
