EAV 3.0.684 - PCU update notifications not working

    a) EAV 3.0.684 installed
    b) "asking user before downloading program components" selected
    c) EAV 3.0.694 available since 10th September

    Till now no notification about 694 availability.
    Also no notification about 4.0.x availability.
    Is inclusion of minor changes only the reason of missing notifications?
    But this one fixes also the bug with Vista UAC, I don't think this was a minor
    bug.
    How are the ESET rules of assigning the bug/fix to the minor or major group?
    Why eav doesn't notify me about 4.0 availability?

    A PCU to v. 3.0.694 is being prepared for existing v3 users, the update will be staggered so that not all users download it at the same time.
