    Just use DNSCrypt then it doesn't really matter if it leaks?

    This is certainly a false alert. The tools are legit and you can scan them using Virustotal.com

    Does DNS Crypt slow down your browsing speed any? Does it take longer for pages to load?

    It will be slower than usual because of the extra bandwidth that encryption requires, but it's highly unlikely you will notice, the difference is in milliseconds.
