You just have to download it today, and you can install it whenever you want (if i understood correctly).

It doesn't requires online activation and does not requires serial number.

Me neither, I don't know if I'll install anytime soon, but hey I downloaded it. With no serial # needed and no activation, I'll just hold onto it, maybe use it in the future.

 

That's what I did in the early hours of Wednesday morning...started the download in Opera on dial up and went to bed. Voila, when I checked hours later, the download was completed, without a hitch.
