E00640068-RPC server

    I receive the above error code when trying to create full backup of hard drive.
    E00640068:Failed to create the scheduled task.
    Error#1722-The RPC server is unavailable.
    I am using True Image 8.0 with the latest updates.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Go to control panel / services.

    Make sure the acronis scheduler is running. If not... Start it and
    set its run properities to auto
