E00640022 Protocole non pris en charge

    Hello, I'm French therefore excuse me for my English.
    We buy Snap Deploy and I install without problem in the laboratory, now I installed on the production site and when I create my image, I receive an error, E00640022 Protocol not supported An agent is installed on the master, so I necomprend I could not install it from the server.
    Thank you in advance, hoping a quick response.
