    Hi,

    I am running True Image Server for Windows v8.0
    Acronis started coming up with the following error right at the end of an image creation!
    "E00070001:Internal Error:Unknown Interface Type"

    I have tried creating the image on different destinations, uninstalled Acronis, deleted Acronis folder, deleting registry keys etc but get the same error after reinstalling and running a new image!!

    Does anyone have any ideas what can be causing this?

    Hello wellsy28,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

    We are sorry for the delayed response.

    First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (1018 ) of Acronis True Image 8.0 Server for Windows. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

    If the issue persists, please make a screen shots of the error message.

    Please also collect the log file from Acronis True Image 8.0 Server for Windows that contains the error message. In order to do so please do the following:

    - run the program;

    - select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;

    - select the log with error messages;

    - click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon)

    Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Please also collect the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log the way described in this previous post of mine

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
