DVD Ripping - Videos ending early

    I'm ripping DVD's and the actual files the program (Wondershare Video Converter Pro) is making are a few minutes short of what it says they are. (So the file is 39 minutes, but actually 36 so the ending is cut). Is there any way to fix this issue? It seems to be happening more now that we are ripping DVD's with subtitles.

    Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if you need more info.
