dvd problem

    Thanks for any help.
    I'm running ESET SS beta 5.
    Windows 7 Pro with all the fixins.
    When I insert a dvd/cd the Drive light starts blinking and never stops. Could this be caused by the BETA 5 Version?
    About ready to go back to Version 4.

    Disable all protection and see problem is there? If not its not ESET

    Thanks for the help.
    I put V. 4 back on and the problem still exists.
    So it's not ESET.
