    hi all

I'm currently using fusion media player for playing my audio and video its based off of direct show and features support for all the latest audio and video formats but the problem is that I need the proper codecs

so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what codecs I need to download in order for fusion to be able to play DVDs

In order to play a DVD, you need a DVD decoder. There are not any good free ones that I know of.

However, you might try downloading the K-Lite Codec Pack (Google it), it includes a good DVD decoder.
