Duplicate encryption is not possible if target is virtual container:Error code: 0x1114e

Virtualizing the current system (P2V Copy) Windows 10 64 bit to External Drive-
When using the P2V Copy Wizard in the Hard Disk Manager Professional 15, I get an Error in the
Hardware Settings of the Virtual machine which states as follows:

x Operation failed:
Duplicate encryption is not possible if target is virtual container
Error source: Hard Disk Manager
Error code: 0x1114e

Does anyone know about this error message?
& if they can provide a solution.
( I searched the manual of Hard Disk Manager Professional 15, the Paragon site and online- no documentation anywhere that I can find. The External drive and the system being virtualized- both don't have any encryption.)

Any thoughts or leads would be appreciated.
