I know this is as dumb as can be but I gotta ask-
Do I leave Port Explorer running in the background or just start it when I want to see what is going on inside the PC?

    Hi Richard

... and welcome to Wilders :)

You could do either. If you wanted continuous monitoring/logging of your connections, you could leave it running in the background. On the other hand, you could just fire it up periodically to spot check what is going on.

    Regards,
